TRUST, SECURITY & GOVERNANCE

Trust needs evidence.
Control needs a record.

Axtenra is being designed so infrastructure, commercial and AI-assisted workflows preserve identity, authority, evidence and human approval.

This page describes intended controls and launch requirements. It is not a certification, audit report or security warranty.

Four things must remain clear.

A trustworthy workflow must make it possible to understand who is acting, what data is being used, where a claim came from and who can authorize the next step.

01

Identity & access

Role-based access should limit each participant to the information and actions required for their work.

02

Data boundaries

Public, confidential, restricted and binding information should remain visibly separated and handled accordingly.

03

Evidence & audit

Material claims should retain a source, owner, timestamp, freshness state and approval history.

04

Human authority

AI can assist with structure and comparison. Authorized people remain responsible for representation and commitment.

Access follows the state of the information.

Not every data point should travel through the workflow in the same way. Classification determines visibility, handling and approval.

Intelligence can assist.
It cannot silently commit.

Axtenra Brains is intended to reduce ambiguity and administrative friction while keeping material authority with verified people.

ASSIST

Interpret

Translate natural-language requirements into structured technical and commercial fields.

ASSIST

Qualify

Surface missing information, conflicting assumptions and evidence gaps for review.

CONTROL

Represent

Capacity, authority and readiness claims must be approved before they are presented as fact.

HUMAN-OWNED
CONTROL

Commit

Pricing, negotiation, contracts and material risk remain subject to authorized human approval.

HUMAN-OWNED

A claim is only as useful as its state.

Every material record should answer the same operational questions before it is used in a decision.

Make the control requirements explicit.

Choose a starting profile, adjust the controls and carry a structured security brief into the infrastructure requirement. This tool describes buyer needs—it does not claim that controls are implemented.

STARTING PROFILE

Security readiness must be proven before production.

A public concept is not a production security posture. These areas require implementation, verification and accountable ownership before handling live customer or supplier data.

Axtenra does not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, penetration-test completion, a production availability SLA or other certification unless and until it has been independently verified and published.

Bring the requirement.
Keep the controls visible.

If your infrastructure project has specific security, sovereignty, access or evidence requirements, include them at the start—not after a route has been selected.
